How it works
- Catch job changes while they are fresh:Schedule a refresh every week, every quarter, or something in between. When a contact moves, Wiza finds and verifies their new work email, shows their previous role, and notifies you through Slack or email.
- Keep more contacts in one place:Lists from Wiza Prospect, CSV, and CRM sources now support up to 10,000 records. LinkedIn Sales Navigator exports remain at 2,500 max due to LinkedIn page limitations.
- Clean your CRM:AddSync to CRMto an automation. Re-verified contact details and detected job changes flow back through your existing field mappings. No recurring cleanup ritual needed.
- Keep new leads moving:As you add contacts to a list, useAdd to sequenceso eligible members can move into your connected sales sequence after a refresh. Contacts already in the sequence are skipped.

Refreshes use the export credits already included in your plan, and automated followup actions do not cost additional credits. Scheduled runs check your balance first; if there are not enough credits, the run is skipped, rescheduled, and you are notified by email.
